Launched in January 2022, Clear 28 Agency was forged from the minds of racing legends and built upon the core foundation and tradition of a winning culture. Managing partner Brandon McReynolds has known nothing but success from his time as a young child, growing up in the NASCAR industry as the son of America’s Crew Chief, Larry McReynolds.
The storied history of the McReynolds family’s ties to the Robert Yates Racing No. 28 team and Brandon’s current role as a spotter in both the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series, led to the development of the Clear 28 Agency brand. Remembering its roots and the tradition of excellence it was built upon, Clear 28 looks forward to growing into the premier athlete management and sports marketing solutions company in the industry.
Brandon McReynolds serves as Managing Partner at Clear 28. In his role, he provides oversight of the agency’s day-to-day operations while working closely with our athletes and partners on strategic planning, marketing and sales initiatives, career and brand development, and contract negotiations.
McReynolds’ experience and roots within the NASCAR industry dates back for decades. After a successful driving career with starts in the UARA-STARS Series, K&N Pro Series, ARCA Racing Series, Pinty’s Series and in NASCAR’s Truck and Xfinity Series, he transitioned his career path towards consulting and driver management.
In 2019, and following a successful foundation laid with NASCAR driver Noah Gragson, McReynolds took on a new role as managing partner and vice president of new business development at Truex Management Group. Over the next three years, he continued to direct his focus towards successfully managing drivers Cole Custer and Noah Gragson through career development, branding, relationships with teams and partners, and innovative sales and marketing strategies.
In addition to his role at Clear 28 Agency, Brandon McReynolds serves as the spotter for Ross Chastain and Trackhouse Racing’s No. 1 Chevrolet.
Corey Bass joins Clear 28 to assist with the agency’s sponsorship sales efforts and day-to-day operations. In this position he is responsible for assisting with the development of Clear 28’s sales strategies and materials, outreach, sponsorship contract negotiation, activation, and working closely with our athletes in aligning them with successful brands. Additionally, Bass will be working directly with Clear 28’s leadership team on the development of a highly efficient day-to-day operation for our clients and partners.
Bass comes to Clear 28 from Truex Management Group where he had the opportunity to work closely with Clear 28 managing partner, Brandon McReynolds and NASCAR drivers Cole Custer and Noah Gragson. Prior to his time at TMG, Bass served in a variety of business development and revenue generating roles with the Charlotte Knights, High Point University, Learfield Sports (University of North Carolina), and IMG College (East Carolina University).
Additionally, Bass has helped guide the football operations efforts at both Ball State and Elon University, providing oversight and administration of all off-field activities and initiatives for both programs.
Bass attended East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Masters in Exercise and Sports Sciences. He was also a varsity letter winner in football for the Pirates.
